Replenishments not being triggered by the inventory template

By following these steps, you should be able to resolve issues related to triggering replenishments from an inventory template.

  1. In the top toolbar, click Settings  A simple icon representing a settings gear. .

  2. In the left side menu, click on Inventory > Templates

  3. Locate the template you are having issues with and click on Edit on the far right of the item

  4. On the Details tab, in the Assigned Inventory Locations field, confirm the location is listed. If not, add it from the dropdown list.

  5. Click on the Stock Items tab

  6. Locate the item that was not triggered for replenishment. If it is not there, click Add Item to add it.

  7. Check the Min amount and confirm your stock has fallen below the requisition minimum trigger.

  8. If you made changes, click Save.
