Overview
Centralized Pricebook helps you manage and update pricebooks for all your locations from one location. It simplifies pricing changes, ensures consistency, and saves you time.

Part 1: Configuration
Centralized Pricebook requires an Enterprise Hub network. Contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) to request a network or contact technical support for details.
Grant access to Centralized Pricebook for user roles.
Part 2: Migration and setup
Access Centralized Pricebook in Enterprise Hub.
Create a new Centralized Pricebook.
Set a display name and internal name, attach a logo, and add internal notes.
Lock and unlock service, material, and equipment items.
Import the Template Tenant Pricebook:
Import with the XLSX template.
Manage import errors, such as missing information, incorrect data format, and dependencies.
Part 3: Sync Tenant Pricebook with Centralized Pricebook
Map existing tenant items to Centralized Pricebook items to keep the inventory and purchasing history for the mapped existing tenant item.
To avoid duplicates, map items in the tenant Pricebook before pushing Centralized Pricebook to the tenant.
Use Pricebook Connect for Centralized Pricebook updates, history log records, dismissed updates, and catalogs.
Part 4: Manage Centralized Pricebook
Edit Pricebook items using inline edit and bulk edit
Add categories, services, materials, and equipment.
You can’t change the category hierarchy after it is set, as Pricebook Connect currently doesn’t support such changes. If you need to adjust the category hierarchy, please make changes directly in your tenant pricebook
Part 5: Push Pricebook Items to Tenants
Options for pushing items:
Full pricebook push
Selective push for new items
Automation Settings: auto-update vs. manual update
Manage push errors and review push history.
Part 6: Advanced Features
Manage locked fields on the Set Details screen.
Use GL Account Management in Advanced Settings to pull default GL accounts from a source tenant.
Set up inventory tracking to sync status across tenants.
Use automation settings for tenant updates.
