Phone integrations overview
ServiceTitan's phone integrations connect your phone system directly to your ServiceTitan account. When a customer calls, ServiceTitan links the call to the right customer record, job, and marketing campaign automatically. This gives your team the context they need to book jobs faster and deliver a better customer experience.
The three available integrations are:
Phones (Basic)
Basic Phones is ServiceTitan's entry-level phone integration. It automatically tracks and records all incoming calls, then links each recording to the correct customer and job record. Basic Phones uses virtual tracking numbers — phone numbers your customers dial that forward to a physical line in your office. When customers call a tracking number, ServiceTitan logs and records the call. You can port your existing advertised numbers into ServiceTitan to convert them into tracking numbers, or add new ones. Basic Phones also ties each number to a marketing campaign, so you can measure which campaigns generate the most calls.

Phones Pro
Phones Pro is a cloud-based phone system fully integrated with ServiceTitan. It replaces your existing phone system and is built to improve booking rates, reduce abandoned calls, and increase CSR efficiency. Phones Pro uses a seat-based model — each employee who handles calls is assigned an advanced or standard seat. Advanced seats include an embedded dialer inside ServiceTitan and are recommended for CSRs and call center managers. Standard seats are for office employees with non-customer-facing roles. Phones Pro also includes advanced reporting and analytics, real-time call monitoring, and a call continuity number as a backup in case of an outage.

Contact Center Pro
Contact Center Pro is ServiceTitan's enterprise-grade contact center solution. It centralizes calls into a single universal inbox across every location and business you operate. Contact Center Pro is built exclusively for the trades and powered by Titan Intelligence, ServiceTitan's AI engine. It includes AI Voice Agents that answer calls, book jobs, and handle customer requests 24/7 — including overflow and after-hours calls. Managers get AI-generated call transcripts, sentiment analysis, and a Second Chance Leads tool that flags unbooked calls for follow-up. Contact Center Pro supports multi-tenancy, meaning CSRs can take calls for multiple brands or locations from a single interface.
