Overview
Use vendor contact details in your purchase orders (POs) to quickly contact vendors. For example, if your technician is picking up items from a vendor, from the ServiceTitan Mobile app they can make a quick call to the vendor to let them know that they've arrived to pick up a shipment. Then, the vendor can load the shipment into the truck without having direct contact with your technician.
