Manage Voicemails and Prevent Calls from Being Marked as Spam in Dialpad

Problem

You are having trouble receiving voicemails in Dialpad, and your CSRs are unable to delete voicemails. You also want to prevent calls from being marked as spam.

Solution

  1. In Dialpad, change the spam settings from Call Center > Advanced settings.        

    1. Go to Admin settings > Find the call center > Advanced settings > Change the spam settings.

    2. Uncheck the box that says Mark calls as spam.

    3. Click Save.

  2. Check the General Voicemail's advanced settings.        

    1. Go to Advanced Settings from the same call center.

    2. Verify that every permission is checked off.

    3. Click Save.

  3. Check the call center's voicemail settings.        

    1. Go to the call center's Voicemail Settings.

    2. Verify that every permission is checked off.

    3. Click Save.

  4. Allow CSRs to delete voicemails.        

    1. Go to Advanced Settings from the same call center.

    2. Check the box that says Allow users to delete voicemails.

    3. Click Save.
