How to Find and Download Call Recordings in Dialpad

Problem

You are trying to find call recordings in Dialpad, but some calls are missing, and you are unsure how to download the recordings.

Solution

1. Log in to Dialpad and go to the Call History tab.

2. Filter the call history by the Day and User to find the missing calls.

3. If the customer used different phones, try filtering by all numbers for the day.

4. If the calls came through Dialpad, they should be listed in the call history. If the customer calls a personal phone number, they will not show up.

5. If you cannot find the missing calls, contact Technical Support for further assistance.

6. To download a recording, click on the 3 dots at the end of the call you selected.

7. Click Download to download the recording.

8. To manually add the recording to a job in ServiceTitan, go to the job page and scroll down to the job history.

9. Click the Paperclip icon in the notes area to upload the audio file.

10. The recording will need to be downloaded again to be listened to.
