Manage TitanExchange templates in Enterprise Hub

Overview

Enterprise Hub (EH) is ServiceTitan's multi-tenant platform that enables management across ServiceTitan tenants. With TitanExchange, you can control multiple accounts, manage template tenants and discover content by using different templates.


Who uses this feature

  • Owners, general managers, administrators, and centralized call center representatives (CSRs)

  • Applies to all business types

Feature configuration

  • This feature requires an Enterprise Hub network. Contact your Customer Success Manager to request a network or contact technical support for details.

Things to know

  • Template Tenant incorporates best practices or premium content. It streamlines initial setup by providing a ready-to-use environment, allowing customers to focus on key tasks like training instead of configuration.

  • Only users with the Edit Template Tenant permission can add or update Template Tenants.

  • Template Tenant is marked with the   icon.

  • You can filter only the networks and their template tenants that are assigned to you. When you select a template to push from one tenant to another, you have access to the networks that your user is assigned to with their tenants. Grant access to TitanExchange

  1. In Enterprise Hub, click User ManagementOverview of Enterprise Hub modules including User Management and Rollup Reporting features.

  2. Select Roles.

  3. Either create a new user role or edit an existing user role.

  4. In the EnterpriseHub permissions tab, enable the following permissions:        

    1. View

    2. Push

    3. Apply updates

    4. Change content

    5. Edit Template Tenant TitanExchange permissions for managing library templates, including view and edit options.

  5. Click Save Changes. Users assigned this role can now see the TitanExchange module in Enterprise Hub.

Access TitanExchange

Access my tenants by going to enterprise-hub.servicetitan.com and logging in with your credentials, then click TitanExchange.

TitanExchange allows managing configurations across tenants and updating content in Enterprise Hub.

Manage Template Tenants

You can add or update your Template Tenant in TitanExchange.

  1. In TitanExchange, click Template TenantsSettings menu with highlighted option for Template Tenants and a cursor pointer.

  2. To add a new Template Tenant, click +Add Template Tenants.

  3. In the window that opens, select up to five Template Tenants.

  4. When finished, click AddSelect up to five template tenants for updating templates in the application interface.

To update a Template Tenant:

  1. Click Change Template TenantsWarning message about selecting up to five template tenants for optimal performance.

  2. In the window that opens, select Template Tenants.

  3. When finished, click ChangeInstructions for selecting template tenants and performance impact warning displayed on screen.

To remove a Template Tenant, click .

Manage library templates

Manage library templates, such as forms, tags, payroll profiles, reports, dashboards, job types, business units, roles, email templates, and job cancel and hold reasons through TitanExchange. You can also push efficient templates from one tenant to another and lock and update them. For more, see Push, lock, and update TitanExchange templates in Enterprise Hub.

Click the library template you want to access in the side menu:

  • Forms: Search for forms, push them to tenants or networks, and filter them. You can also lock forms.

  • Tags: Search for tags, push them to tenants or networks, and filter them. You can also update them.

  • Payroll: Search for payroll profiles, push them to tenants or networks, and filter them.

  • Reports: Search for reports, push them to tenants or networks, and filter them. You can also lock and update reports.

  • Dashboards: Search for dashboards, push them to tenants or networks, and filter them. You can also lock and update reports.

  • JobTypes: Search for job types, push them to tenants or networks, and filter them. You can also lock and update job types.

  • BusinessUnits: Search for business units, push them to tenants or networks, and filter them.

  • Roles: Search for roles, push them to tenants or networks, and filter them.

  • Email Templates: Search for email templates, push them to tenants or networks, and filter them.

  • Job Cancel and Hold Reasons: Search for job cancel and hold reasons, push them to tenants or networks, and filter them. You can also lock them.

  • Content Portal: Search for content portal posts, push them to tenants or networks, and filter them. You can also lock and update them.

  • Custom Fields: Search for custom fields, push them to tenants or networks, and filter them.

  • Skills: Search for technician skills, push them to tenants or networks, and filter them. You can also lock them.

Search for a library template

In TitanExchange, you can search for templates by title. The search uses filters to narrow down information.

  1. Go to the template and enter the title of the form or tag you are looking for.

  2. Click Search to search for results. A search bar displaying the word 'checklist' with a cursor hovering above it.

To delete search results, click Delete next to the search item.

Filter networks or tenants

You can search for specific networks or tenants and apply filters to narrow your results:

  1. Click Filters to see the list of networks in the dropdown list.

  2. Select the network you want. User selects the 'demogo' tenant from the Test_Network for Demo list.

  3. Click the arrow to open Template Tenants assigned to the network. User interface displaying a search bar and a network selection option.

To delete the filter, click Delete next to the Template Tenant or network.
