Overview

Feature configuration

  • This feature is currently in Early Access and available for specific accounts. It is subject to change. If you want to enable this feature for your account, join the waitlist here.

Things to know

  • When you add a tenant to a group, all users in that group gain access. Removing a tenant from the group removes access for all users.

  • You can create as many tenant groups as needed.

  • Tenants can belong to multiple groups.

  • Changes made to a tenant group apply to all users assigned to that group.

  • Only users with the proper permissions can create or edit tenant groups.

  • You cannot unassign a tenant from a user if that tenant is part of a group the user is assigned to. The tenant will appear grayed out.

Tip: We recommend having a group ready before adding new tenants to streamline access.

All users in the assigned group automatically gain access to the tenant, which is why some appear in a read-only state. While you can assign individual users to a tenant, adding tenants to groups is faster and more efficient.
