Things to know
Only Phones Pro administrators can access Office and My company settings in Dialpad.
Access Office Settings in Dialpad
The Office Settings tab is where administrators manage the settings for a specific office within the company.
Log in to your Dialpad account.
Go to Admin Settings. The system automatically takes you to your Office Settings.

Office Settings features
The Office Settings tab enables admins to manage office-specific configurations, permissions, and user roles for teams.
In the Office Settings tab, you can see the following sections:
Office Info: Displays the office name configured in Dialpad.
Office Administrators: Lists the administrators assigned to the office.
Office-wide settings: Settings that apply to the entire office, ensuring consistency across operations.

Help Message
Office Holidays: Official holidays recognized by the office for scheduling purposes.
Executive-Assistant: Lists the assistants assigned to the executives.
Registered Location for Emergency Calls: The default address for all team members associated with this office.
Call Disposition Lists: Call outcomes are selected from pre-populated lists assigned to the contact center or coaching group.
Contact Center Administrator Settings: Settings and permissions for administrators managing the contact center operations.
Agent Global Status Changes

Contact Center Off Duty Statuses: A list of off-duty statuses available for agents to choose from.
Contact Center Surveys: Surveys designed to collect feedback from customers regarding their contact center experience.
Access My company
The My company tab allows the administrators to view and edit global settings for the entire organization, affecting all offices.
Log in to your Dialpad account.
Go to Admin Settings.
Click the dropdown with your company name and select My company.

My company features
In the My Company tab, you can manage different company-wide settings, including:
General: View the company's name, team member count, and office locations.
Offices: Manage individual offices or branches within your organization.
Dialpad AI: Activate or deactivate AI-driven features.
Company Dictionary: Teach the AI to recognize and accurately transcribe uncommon or business-specific terms.
IVR Workflows: Enable or disable Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems to automatically route calls based on customer selections.
Company Holidays: Configure company-wide holidays that adjust company availability and automate messaging during these times.
CNAM Updates: Control the Caller ID Name (CNAM) displayed for outgoing calls.
Queue Prioritization: Manage and prioritize call centers to optimize service across the organization.
