Overview
The Session Management feature enables technicians to log in to ServiceTitan on both a mobile phone and tablet simultaneously. Administrators can monitor and manage these active sessions, enhancing security through real-time visibility and allowing for quick termination of suspicious or inactive logins.

Feature configuration
This feature is currently in Private Preview and available for specific accounts. To update your account, please contact Technical Support for details.
Access user sessions
For administrators:
Go to the top toolbar and click Settings
.In the side panel, go to Security > Session Management.
On the Session Management screen that opens, you can:
End user sessions
End a single user session if needed for security or access control.
On the Session Management screen, click More
.Select End session.

On the pop-up that opens, click End Session to confirm.

Log out from all devices
Log the user out from every device they're signed into.
On the Session Management screen, click More
.Select Log out from all devices.

In the pop-up that opens, click End Sessions to confirm.

Lock user accounts
Block a user from logging in by locking their account.
On the Session Management screen, click More
.Select Lock account.

In the pop-up that opens, click Lock so the user can't log in.

Search and filter user sessions
Use filters to quickly find the sessions you need to manage.
Click Search and enter a name or detail.
You can filter sessions by: User
Date
Name
Time
Client Name

Click Select users to display data to select the user.

Click Apply to confirm your selection.
Close extra sessions
For technicians:
Note: To continue using your device, please ensure that no more than two sessions are active at any given time.
Log into your device to close extra sessions.
If more than two sessions are open, you must close the extra ones:
To end the first session, click End Session. This is the one that was started earliest.

End the second session: To end the second session, click End Session again.

When you have two sessions left, click Resume Login.
Note: If you have more than two sessions open, you can't log into your devices.
