Overview

Use Marketing Pro's campaign manager to create, edit, clone, stop, resume, remove, or archive your marketing campaigns.


Make sure you're viewing the correct Marketing Pro content

This article is for Marketing Pro v2. If you are using Marketing Pro, see Manage Marketing Campaigns for content specific to your experience.

You can check your version following these steps:

  1. Go to the navigation bar and click Marketing A speaker icon representing Marketing in ServiceTitan..

  2. If the side menu under Analytics includes One-Time Campaigns and Automated Campaigns, you're using Marketing Pro v2. If these options aren't visible, you're using Marketing Pro.

Who uses this feature

  • Marketing managers, business owners, and other marketers on your team

  • Primarily benefits Commercial Service and Replacement business types and Residential Service and Replacement business types

  • Applies to all trades

Feature configuration

  • To get started with Marketing Pro, request a demo on our Pro Products page, or reach out to your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or Pro Account Manager (PAM).

Things to know

  • You can't archive live or scheduled campaigns.

Create campaigns

  1. Go to the navigation bar and click Marketing .

  2. Click Create Campaign > Pro Campaign or Tracking Campaign. For more, see Create Pro campaigns and Create tracking campaignsCampaign Manager interface displaying active campaigns and options to create new campaigns.

Edit campaigns

  1. Go to the navigation bar and click Marketing .

  2. In the side menu, click Campaigns > Campaign Manager.

  3. Click the Tracking Campaigns tab if you want to edit a tracking campaign. Otherwise, skip to the next step.

  4. Click More > Edit next to the campaign you want to edit. You cannot edit a campaign if:        

    • The campaign is finished or stopped. In this case, you can clone and then edit it. For more, see Clone campaigns.

    • The campaign is scheduled. In this case, you should revert the campaign to draft and then make the updates.

  5. Make your updates to the campaign.

  6. When finished, save your changes:        

    • For Pro campaigns, click Finish Later or Schedule Campaign.

    • For tracking campaigns, click Save.

Edit campaign content

You can update the content for campaigns you created. To edit the different steps of your campaign content:

  1. Go to the navigation bar and click Marketing .

  2. In the side menu, go to Campaigns > Campaign Manager.

  3. Click More > Edit next to the campaign you want to edit.

  4. In the Content section, click EditContent management interface showing email scheduling and editing options for a lawn care service.

  5. Update the content.

  6. When finished, click Save & Continue.

Clone campaigns

If a campaign is working well, you can clone it to use in other places or as a template for future campaigns. Only Pro campaigns can be cloned. Tracking campaigns can't be cloned.

Note: When you clone a campaign, the options selected when creating the original content are saved.

To clone a campaign:

  1. Go to the navigation bar and click Marketing .

  2. In the side menu, go to Campaigns > Campaign Manager.

  3. Click More > Clone next to the campaign you want to clone. Campaign Manager interface showing active campaigns with options to edit or clone.

  4. On the Clone campaign screen that opens, enter a Name for the cloned campaign, then click ContinueUser interface for cloning a campaign with a name input and continue button.

Depending on the type of content cloned, you may need to finish building the campaign.

Archive campaigns

You can archive a campaign to hide it from the dashboard and prevent it from being used by you or anyone from your team.

To archive a campaign:

  1. Go to the navigation bar and click Marketing .

  2. In the side menu, go to Campaigns > Campaign Manager.

  3. Click More > Archive next to the campaign you want to archive. Campaign Manager interface displaying active campaigns with options to edit or archive.

  4. On the confirmation pop-up that opens, click Confirm.

Unarchive campaigns

You can unarchive campaigns to restore them to the dashboard and make them usable for your team again.

  1. Go to the navigation bar and click Marketing .

  2. In the side menu, go to Campaigns > Campaign Manager.

  3. Click the Campaign Status filter and select ArchivedCampaign Manager interface showing active and archived campaign status options.

  5. On the confirmation pop-up that opens, click Confirm.
