Overview
Equipment tags behave differently depending on the screen from which you’re adding them. They automatically appear on the Equipment, Location, Job, and Call Booking screens to show the repair history of the equipment associated with the tags.

Things to know
Aging tags are automatically generated by the system and are based on the installed date of the equipment.
Make sure to create your tags before adding them to equipment in your pricebook.
Tags on pricebook equipment
Go to the top tool bar and click Pricebook.
In the side menu, click Equipment. The Equipment screen opens.
On the Equipment screen that opens, click Add and select Equipment.

On the Add an Equipment screen that opens, select tags from the dropdown.
Select tags from the dropdown.
When finished, click Save.
In the Equipment section of the Pricebook, you can search for the equipment you’ve added and view tags.

Tags on installed equipment on the Location
You can view installed equipment tags on the Location screen:
Search for and open the location you want.

In the Location section that opens, click Add Equipment.

In the Add Equipment window that opens, search for the installed equipment you want.
Note: Tags added in Pricebook > Equipment section don’t transfer to the Location section. You need to add desired tags for the installed equipment.

View installed equipment tags on the Location
You can view installed equipment tags in the Location section.

Tip: If there are aging equipment tags, you can view them in the Location section.

View equipment tags during Call Booking
In the Location screen, click Book Job.

In the Call Booking screen that opens, you can view, and preview equipment tags on the customer’s location.

In the Call Booking screen, you can view tags added both from the Pricebook and the Location sections.
If you want to add a new equipment or job tag, select the option from the dropdown in the Tags section.

If you want to remove an equipment tag, click x in the Tags section.
View equipment tags on Jobs in ServiceTitan
You can view job equipment tags in the Job section.

View job and location equipment tags in ServiceTian Mobile
In ServiceTitan Mobile, you can view job and location equipment tags in the Tags section of the Job Dashboard.
Note: You can view aging equipment tags if any.
