Problem
The schedule for a certain date and time is blank, but it was full before. You need to find out what is missing.
Solution
Review what was removed from the schedule on a specific date
Go to Dispatch Board for a given date, to see if there are any jobs that are unassigned.
Check the job audit trails to see if someone unassigned the technician, which would in turn remove it from their schedule.
Check other jobs assigned to other technicians that day to see if the previous technician was unassigned.
If you recall the customer names, navigate to their profile to find the job and see if it was rescheduled or reassigned.
Note: ServiceTitan does not delete data so the Job was likely reassigned, or rescheduled to a different day causing it to not appear on the date they expect.
