Overview

When you sign in to the Inventory Mobile app, the first thing you see are the Purchase Orders, Transfers, and Inventory Counts sections. This article helps you navigate the home screen and understand what each section displays.

Home screen overview

Note: The visibility of these sections depends on your access permissions.

  • Purchase Orders: Displays the total number of purchase orders (PO) that have been marked as Arrived in the App. It also displays the percentage of POs, within the current day, that are marked as Received or Partially Received in the app.

  • Transfers: Displays the total number of transfers that are created within the current day. It also displays the percentage of transfers, created within the current day, that are marked as Picked.

    Note: Transfers with Canceled status are not displayed.

  • Inventory Counts: Displays the total number of counts where the required date is the current day. It also displays the percentage of counts that are marked as Review or Completed and where the required date is the current day.

    Note: Counts with Canceled status are not displayed.

At the top of your screen, tap the Filtericon to select the inventory location you are currently working at.

Tip: If the list is long, use the Search field to find the specific inventory location.

Note: Technicians can see only their truck location, and office employees can see all warehouses and trucks.

All purchase orders, transfers, and inventory counts you see are specific to the inventory location you selected.

When you select your inventory location warehouse, you can also see all transactions that are relevant to the trucks that are assigned to that warehouse.

Note: You can always change the inventory location.

At the bottom of your screen, you can go to:

  • Home: This is the main screen of the Inventory Mobile app.

  • Receive: This navigates you to the Purchase Orders section.

  • Picklist: This navigates you to the Transfers section.

  • Counts: This navigates you to the Inventory Counts section.

  • More: This tab includes:

    • Vendor Information: Contact the vendor if you have any questions:

      • Tap Vendor Information. The list opens with all available vendors.

      • Select the vendor you want to contact.

        Tip: If the list is long, use the Search field to find the specific vendor contacts.

      • Tap the Contacticon to:

        • Find location

        • Call vendor

        • Email vendor

  • About: Learn about the app version, privacy policy, and terms of use.

  • Help: Get help with the app.

  • Sign Out: Sign out of the app.
