Problem
You have moved over to a new phone provider and want your new outbound number to be your main company number that ServiceTitan has. You have a different "main number" you are calling out from and want it to be tracked in ServiceTitan as well so that if someone calls back from the number, a bubble will appear for the CSRs to click.
Solution
Schedule a call with ServiceTitan's Telecom Team to discuss the details of what is needed.
During the call, provide the Telecom Team with the phone number that needs to be integrated with ServiceTitan.
The Telecom Team will work with you to integrate the phone number from your new provider over to ServiceTitan.
Once the integration is complete, the new phone number will be tracked in ServiceTitan and a bubble will appear for the CSRs to click if someone calls back from the number. The new number will also be set as your caller ID.
