How to fix long delays and failed connections when placing outbound calls in ServiceTitan using Blue Connect?

Problem

Employees experience long delays when connecting calls through ServiceTitan. Often, calls do not connect, requiring multiple attempts.

Solution

  1. Clear the cache of your Chrome browser.        

    1. Click More at the top right corner of your Chrome browser.

    2. Click More Tools.

    3. Click Clear Browsing Data on the pop-up menu.

    4. Select Cookies and Cached images and files.

    5. Change the time filter at the top to All Time.

    6. Click Clear Data.

    7. Make a hard refresh by selecting Ctrl + Shift + R.

  2. After clearing the cache, make a test call to the tracking number to see if the issue is resolved.

  3. Continue to monitor the calls. If the problem happens again, contact Technical Support for assistance.
