Problem
The fallback phone number is showing as "Unavailable" instead of the correct number.
Solution
Verify that you have the admin PIN.
Go to the Dialpad page and click on the Dialpad icon on the bottom left-hand side.
Launch the Dialpad app and log in if necessary.
Search for the number under contacts.
On the right-hand side, click on Edit Contact.
Update the fallback phone number to the correct number.
Save the changes.
Note: If the fallback phone number is already updated, you do not need to make any changes.
