Problem
You are not sure how to edit the call routing for the main line, department, or contact center.
Solution
As a DialPad admin, adjust call routing for main lines, departments, or contact centers via Admin Settings. Navigate to Main Line, Departments, or Ai Contact Centers, and access Business Hours & Call Routing.
Access the call routing section
In your Dialpad account, go to the Admin Settings.
Select Main Line, Departments, or Ai Contact Centers.
Go to Business Hours & Call Routing.
Click Edit Call Routing to access and adjust your call routing settings as needed.

Note: The main line is likely just the starting point for your call routing and may forward to a contact center or a department.
