How to set up clock-out alerts for technicians

Problem

I can't get a notification when my technicians clock out.

Solution

What's the workaround to get notified when technicians clock out?

1. Go to the navigation bar and click Reports.

2. Search for the Timesheet Exception: Late Clock Out report.

3. Apply a filter to the End Time column.

4. Set up the report to run on a schedule.

5. Configure the scheduled report to send you regular updates.

6. Use this report to monitor technician clock-out activity.
