How can I add another email address to receive service follow-up alerts when a technician completes a job?

Problem

You need to add another email address to receive service follow-up alerts when technicians complete jobs.

Solution

1. Go to Settings > Operations.

2. Select Alerts.

3. Choose the alert you want to add the email to.

4. Click Edit.

5. Locate the Recipients section.

6. Add the new email address.

7. Click Save.
