Problem
You have changed the office phone numbers (DIDs) for certain employees and need to set those new office numbers in ServiceTitan.
Solution
Go into Settings
> People > Employees.Find the employee that needs their DID changed to the new number they have been given and click on Edit to the far right hand side of their name.
Change the Office phone number to the new DID they have been given.
Click Save at the bottom of the screen.
Repeat the steps for each employee that has had their DID changed.
That's it! You have successfully reset the office phone numbers for specific employees in Basic Phones.
