Problem
You have phone numbers that you want to port into ServiceTitan.
Solution
Porting requires a Phones Porting Specialist to assist.
Schedule a port request meeting with the telecom team by selecting a date and time that works for you.
Prepare the following documents and provide them to the telecom specialist as separate items:
A Letter of Authorization (LOA). This legal document authorizes ServiceTitan to request the port. An LOA can list numbers from only one carrier, so if you're porting from more than one carrier, complete a separate LOA for each. If you're porting a toll-free (800) number, you also need to complete an additional LOA specific to toll-free porting.
A list of the phone numbers you want to port, with the current carrier for each number.
A copy of your most recent phone bill from your current provider. If you use more than one carrier, include a separate bill from each.
Find your Tenant ID from Settings
> Integrations > API Application Process. During the meeting, provide your Tenant ID to the specialist. The telecom team will handle the porting process and ensure that your tracking numbers are properly tracked by campaigns in ServiceTitan.
