Problem
You need to determine how frequently a specific task is being added to invoices in your ServiceTitan account.
Solution
Workflow Summary
Use the Invoice Item Detail with Pricebook Information report.
Run the report
Go to Reports in the main navigation menu.
In the Search field, search for Invoice Item Detail with Pricebook Information, then select the report card.

Use the filters to narrow down your report results.
When you're finished setting filters, click Run Report.
The report updates, showing the results in a table.
Click the Filter in the Item Code column.
In the Contains field, type in the name of the specific task you want to view, then click Filter. For example, in this report we're searching for the Custom Service task, which has an item code of Custom.

Note: If you're unsure the exact item code, look it up in your pricebook first.
The report results will update, showing you only the item code you filtered for.
