How do I filter reports to show distinct job counts?

Problem

When running a report, the report columns show duplicate job counts instead of unique job totals.

Solution

Set column configurations

1. Go to the report you want to filter for distinct job count.

2. Make sure the Job Number column is included in your report.

3. Scroll to the bottom of the report to the Column Configuration area.

4. Select Count Distinct from the dropdown options.
   

5. Wait for the report to update with the new column configuration.
