Problem
Job Completion Survey emails show the wrong company name and email address when sent to customers.
Solution
Update the company name and email address for legacy Job Completion Survey emails in Settings > Customer Notifications > Job Completion Surveys.
Update customer notifications settings
Go to Settings
> Communications > Customer Notifications.Click Job Completion Surveys.
Select the Email tab.
Click Customize.
Enter the correct company name in the Sender Name field.
Note: You can add the Business Unit Official Name token to this field to automatically populate the sender name from the Official Name field for the relevant Business Unit. This is set in Settings
> Operations > Business Units > Edit Business Unit.Enter the correct email address in the From field.
