How can I filter audiences by equipment age in ServiceTitan?

Problem

You need to filter an audience to include equipment older than a certain number of days or installed within a specific date range.

Solution

You can create audiences that target customers based on their equipment age using the Equipment filters in the Audience Builder. You can then use the audience for your email, direct mail, or SMS Text Message - Marketing campaigns.

Note: The Equipment filters are not available for SMS Text Message -Transactional campaigns.

Target customers based on equipment age

1. Go to the navigation bar and click Marketing.

2. In the side menu, click Audiences.

3. Create, edit, or clone an audience.

4. In the Include section, add a new group or edit an existing group.

5. Select Equipment on the right to view the Equipment filter options.

6. For the Installed Date, select dynamic or static:        

   • For dynamic, click Filter and set the filter to include equipment based on a dynamic date range. For example, you can include equipment installed greater than one year ago or equipment installed less than one week ago. 

   • For static, set the filter to include equipment installed on specific dates. 

7. When finished setting the equipment criteria, click Apply.

8. When finished building the audience, click Continue.
