How can I prevent forms from triggering on every appointment?

Problem

Forms are triggered on every appointment for multi-day jobs.

Solution

Uncheck default appointment trigger for forms

1. Go to the top toolbar and click Settings .

2. In the side panel, click Operations > Forms.

3. Find the form trigger you want to edit.

4. Click  .

5. Find the Trigger on all appointments option.

6. Uncheck this option to prevent forms from triggering on every appointment.
