What you're seeing
You need a copy of your company's terms and conditions document, but you can't find where to download it. The PDF is stored in your Business Unit settings rather than on an individual invoice, so it isn't obvious where to get it.
Why this happens
Reason 1
The PDF lives in each Business Unit, not on the invoice.
Your terms and conditions PDF is attached in the Authorization Agreement section of each Business Unit. You download your copy from a hyperlink under the PDF preview in that section.
Before you start
Caution: This workflow needs the {Terms} placeholder on the Acknowledgement Paragraph field. Without it, the download hyperlink won't be available. You also need access to edit Business Units in Settings — if you don't have it, contact your admin.
How to fix it
1Download the PDF from the Business Unit's Authorization Agreement section
On the top toolbar, click Settings > Operations > Business Units.
Select a business unit, then click Edit next to it.
Scroll to the Authorization Agreement section.
Find the PDF preview area.
Click the Terms and Conditions hyperlink below the preview.
✓ Done · The terms and conditions PDF downloads to your computer. You're done.
