What you're seeing
Your invoice emails still show your old logo. You've updated your branding, but customers are receiving emails with the outdated image at the top.
This affects every invoice email sent from the affected settings until the logo is updated.
Why this happens
Reason 1
The logo's image link still points to your old logo.
The logo in your invoice emails is set by an image link (an HTML <img src> tag) in your invoice email settings. The link still points to your old logo image, so the old logo keeps appearing until you replace the link with your new logo's URL.
How to fix it
1Update the logo's image link in your invoice email settings
Go to the navigation bar and click Settings.
Click Invoicing > Email.
Locate the HTML code for your logo. It looks like this: <img src="YOUR IMG URL HERE">
Replace the URL in the code with the new URL for your logo.
(Optional) To make the logo a clickable button, use this code instead: <a href="YOUR LINK HERE"><img src="YOUR IMG URL HERE"></a>
Save your changes.
