How can I duplicate individual fields on a form in ServiceTitan using the forms sections?

Problem

You can't duplicate individual fields on a native form in ServiceTitan. You can only duplicate form sections.

Solution

Add a form section

1. Go to the top and click Settings .

2. In the side panel, click Operations > Forms.

3. Select the form you want to edit.

4. In the form editor, add a section to the form. Add fields within the section. For more, see Set up your form.

5. Save the changes.

6. Copy the form.
