How can I adjust the time zone settings and ensure users booking outside of the local time zone can adjust their time?

Problem

The user wants to set up a time zone at the top of the page. They want it adjustable for booking agents in different time zones.

Solution

Enable UseTenantTimeZone and Display Tenant Timezone in Global Header in ServiceTitan. This allows booking agents to adjust time zones.

Enable and verify users time zone features in ServiceTitan

  1. Go to ServiceTitan and log in with admin credentials.

  2. Go to the top toolbar and click Settings A simple icon representing a settings gear. .

  3. In the side panel, go to the Feature Configurations section.

  4. In Feature Configurations, find UseTenantTimeZone and turn it on.

  5. Find the Display Tenant Timezone in Global Header feature and turn it on.

  6. Open a new tab and go to ServiceTitan to check if changes are applied.
