Can't bold or highlight text in invoice emails

Reason 1

The invoice email editor has no built-in text-formatting controls.

The invoice email template body doesn't include built-in text-formatting controls, so there's no native way to bold or underline text. To emphasize text, you create the formatted text outside ServiceTitan and paste it in.

Use this if you want bold or highlighted emphasis in an invoice email template.

1. Open an online text-formatting tool that produces styled (bold or highlighted) text you can copy and paste.

2. Type the text you want to emphasize and apply the format you want, then generate the styled text. Note: This step varies depending on the tool you use.

3. Copy the generated text.

4. Go to the invoice email template in ServiceTitan (Settings > Invoicing > Email).

5. Paste the styled text into the body of the email where you want it to appear.

6. Save your email template.

Note: These tools produce special Unicode characters rather than true formatting. They may not display consistently in every email client and can be harder for screen readers to read.
