Overview
To activate the integration and link your ServiceTitan account to your Ferguson account, you'll need your Ferguson Account Number and Sold-To Zip Code. This is the first step in the onboarding process after the integration is enabled.
You can find your Ferguson Account Number and Sold-To Zip Code in one of the following ways:
Who uses this feature
Business owners and administrators
Applies to all business types
Check your Ferguson invoice details
Check your Ferguson invoice for the highlighted section that shows your Account Number (Customer Number) and Sold to zip code.

You will then need to complete account mapping between your ServiceTitan account and Ferguson account.
Check your Ferguson Profile
Go to Ferguson.com and click Login.

After signing in, find your Ferguson Account Number in the top left-hand corner.

In the sidebar, go to the Navigate My Account section and click My Shipping Addresses.

In the My Shipping Addresses section, find your Ferguson Account Number and Zip Code.
