Overview
The EH Users report template provides a comprehensive, centralized view of assigned roles and tenants for users across your tenants and networks.

This report is only available in Enterprise Hub Rollup Reporting.
View or View and Edit permissions for the EH User Roles report template are required to use this report. Please contact the account administrator on your team.
Things to know
Each row on the report represents one user.
Some of the columns include additional information about the results. Click Expand
to drill down into the column data. If you’re unsure which columns you want to include in your report, use the Reporting Dictionary to search for appropriate data fields.
You can use this template to create as many custom reports as you need. Each report created from the template is independent and can be run or scheduled without needing to recreate it from the original template.
Create an EH Users report
Follow the steps to create a custom report based on the EH Users template and select the columns to include in your report.
The template has the following columns selected by default:
User ID: The unique identifying number of the user.
User: The username of the user.
Assigned Roles: The number of roles assigned to the user.
Assigned Tenants: The number of tenants the user is assigned to.
Name: The name of the user.
Status: The user’s current status. Options include: Deactivated, Active, Invite sent, Errors occurred, and Creation in progress.
You can customize the report by selecting additional columns:
Email: The user’s email address.
User Creation Date: The date the user was created.
Last Update Date: The date the user was last updated.
Last Login Date: The date of the last time the user logged into their account.
Office Number: The office phone number.
List of Network Permissions: A comma-separated list of the network-level permissions enabled for the user.
List of Tenant Permissions: A comma-separated list of the tenant-level permissions enabled for the user.
Run a report
Select the Networks and Tenants you want included in the report in the Network / Tenant filter. All are selected by default.

Select the User Statuses you want to filter the report by. You can select Deactivated, Active, Invite sent, Errors occurred, and Creation in progress. Active is selected by default.

When finished, click Run Report.

When the report loads, the columns you selected are shown. If you need to add additional columns, click Edit Columns.

To drill down into the columns:
Click an underlined entry you want to drill into.

In the highlighted entry, click Expand
. A table opens in the report showing details for that entry.
Tip: For further customization, you can also arrange report columns and apply filters.
