Overview
The EH Roles report template provides a comprehensive, centralized view of the user roles across your tenants and networks. You can also see the users assigned and the permissions set for those roles.

This report is only available in Enterprise Hub Rollup Reporting.
View or View and Edit permissions for the EH User Roles report template are required to use this report. Please contact the account administrator on your team.
Things to know
Each row on the report represents one role.
Many of the columns include additional information about the results. Click Expand
to drill down into the column data. If you’re unsure which columns you want to include in your report, use the Reporting Dictionary to search for appropriate data fields.
You can use this template to create as many custom reports as you need. Each report created from the template is independent and can be run or scheduled without needing to recreate it from the original template.
Create an EH Roles report
Follow the steps to create a custom report based on the EH Roles template and select the columns to include in your report.
The template has the following columns selected by default:
Role ID: The unique identifying number of the role.
Role Name: The name of the role.
Assigned Users: The number of users assigned to the role.
You can customize the report by selecting additional columns:
EH Modules with Enabled Permissions: A high-level count of Enterprise Hub modules enabled for the role.
Network Permissions: A high-level count of network-level permissions enabled for the role.
Tenant Permissions: A high-level count of tenant-level permissions enabled for the role.
Role Creation Date: The date the role was created.
Last Update Date: The date the role was last updated.
Role Description: A description of the role.
List of Network Permissions: A comma-separated list of the network-level permissions enabled for the role.
List of Tenant Permissions: A comma-separated list of the tenant-level permissions enabled for the role.
Run the report
Select the Networks and Tenants you want included in the report in the Network / Tenant filter. All are selected by default.

When finished, click Run Report.

When the report loads, the columns you selected are shown. If you need to add additional columns, click Edit Columns.

To drill down into the columns:
Click an underlined entry you want to drill into.

In the highlighted entry, click Expand
. A table opens in the report showing details for that entry. 
Tip: For further customization, you can also arrange report columns and apply filters.
