Change Phone Provider and Integrate with Microsoft Teams Phones in ServiceTitan

Problem

You want to change the phone provider and ask if ServiceTitan integrates with Microsoft Teams Phones.

Solution

Ensure the new phone provider has a 10-digit phone number to receive calls.

1. Go to ServiceTitan and click on the Settings .

2. In the side panel, go to Phones > Phone Numbers.

3. In the Set Forwarding Number field, enter the Microsoft Teams 10-digit phone number.

4. Click Save.
