Problem
You can't relabel the Leads section on customer and location records or add follow-ups directly to it.
Solution
The Leads section on customer and location records lists leads you can follow-up with. You can't relabel this section or add follow-ups directly to it. Instead, you can do the following:
Create leads from the Call Booking screen: Create leads to follow up with using one of the following workflows. In each workflow, you can attach the lead to a customer or location record, which makes it show up in the Leads section of the record:
Follow up with leads: After you create leads, follow up with them to try to convert them to jobs. You can access leads from Follow Up > Leads or from the Leads section of the customer or location record they're attached to:
