Accessibility
The Inventory App is currently accessible to users who are utilizing the ServiceTitan Inventory Module and/or Purchasing module.
iOS Users
Minimum iOS version: iOS 15
Any device that can run iOS 15 will meet hardware specifications
Android Users
Minimum OS version: Android 8
Any device which can run Android 8 or greater will meet hardware specifications
Key features
Purchase Orders: Displays the total number of purchase orders (PO) that have been marked as Arrived in the App. It also displays the percentage of POs, within the current day, that are marked as Received or Partially Received in the app.
Transfers: Displays the total number of transfers that are created within the current day. It also displays the percentage of transfers, created within the current day, that are marked as Picked.
Inventory Counts: Displays the total number of counts where the required date is the current day. It also displays the percentage of counts that are marked as Review or Completed and where the required date is the current day.
Setup
The Inventory Mobile app is accessible to users utilizing the ServiceTitan Inventory Module and/or Purchasing module. Enable access in Settings, configure role permissions, then download the app on iOS or Android.
Setup checklist
Enable access to the Inventory Mobile app
Navigate to Settings > Inventory > Configuration to enable the app, then configure role permissions under Settings > Role Permissions.
Download and install the Inventory Mobile app
Available on the Apple App Store (iOS 15+) and Google Play Store (Android 8+).
Required access
Requires the ServiceTitan Inventory Module and/or Purchasing module. iOS 15+ or Android 8+ device required.
Once setup is complete
Track Purchase Orders, Transfers, and Inventory Counts for the current day — including completion percentages and task status — directly from a mobile device.
