What's changing?
You can now see detailed job information and technician activity history when you hover over items on the Dispatch Board. This improvement gives you faster access to key details like customer information, job notes, arrival windows, and technician activity without needing to open the Job Details Flyout. When enabled in your preferences, hovering over job bubbles in the holding area or technician activity lines displays a popover with essential information.

Open the Dispatch Board and locate a job in the holding area.
Click the job bubble to open the Job Details Flyout.
Review job details like customer name, arrival window, and notes.
Close the flyout to return to the board view.
Repeat this process for each job you want to review.
Impact: Dispatchers must repeatedly open and close the Job Details Flyout to review basic job information, slowing down their workflow when managing multiple jobs.

How to prepare
Confirm your Dispatch Board preferences are configured. Go to the Dispatch Board and click Dispatcher Preferences. Go to View Options and turn on Show job details on hover to enable the popover for job bubbles. Turn on Show Technician Activity History along with Show job details on hover to enable popovers for technician activity lines.
Train dispatchers and CSRs on the new hover functionality and show them how to quickly review job details without opening the flyout.
