This improvement lets administrators assign more than one lender rate sheet to a single business unit, so different technician teams or business unit configurations can present the most relevant financing options for each job.
What's changing?
Previously, each business unit in ServiceTitan could only be linked to a single active financing rate sheet per lender. If your company used Wells Fargo or Synchrony and had multiple merchant IDs — for example, different programs for different service lines or franchise locations — only one could be active per business unit. To offer different financing programs for different jobs, you had to create separate business units. With this improvement, administrators can assign up to three merchant IDs to a single business unit's default configuration, then create custom rules that direct specific business units to specific rate sheets. Technicians in the field see the applicable rate sheets as separate tabs in ServiceTitan Mobile.

Before and After
Before (Current)
A company runs HVAC and plumbing service lines under one business unit and holds separate Wells Fargo merchant IDs for each line.
Only one merchant ID can be active per business unit, so the business unit is set to the HVAC program.
Plumbing jobs display the same financing terms as HVAC jobs, even though a different program is available.
To offer separate programs per trade, the administrator must set up and maintain additional business units.
Impact: Creating extra business units to work around financing limitations adds configuration complexity and increases the risk of technicians being assigned to the wrong unit.
After
An administrator navigates to Settings > Integrations > Financing > Providers > Accounts and opens the Wells Fargo configure accounts wizard.
The administrator adds up to three merchant IDs under the default accounts setup and names each one (for example, "HVAC Program" and "Plumbing Program").
The administrator creates a custom rule that assigns specific business units to the appropriate merchant ID group.
A technician opens a job in ServiceTitan Mobile for a plumbing job. The financing screen shows two rate sheet tabs — one for each configured program — with the primary rate sheet displayed first.
The technician selects the appropriate plan from the plumbing program tab and the customer completes the application.
Impact: Businesses with multiple financing programs can offer the right rate sheet for each job type or business unit without adding extra business unit structures.

How it works for your industry
Residential Service and Replacement
A residential HVAC company with two Wells Fargo merchant IDs — one for full system replacements, one for service calls — can now assign both to a single business unit, so technicians always present the rate sheet that matches the job.
A plumbing company with a Synchrony program for large repiping jobs and a second program for smaller repairs can configure both under one business unit without restructuring.
When a homeowner finances a water heater replacement, the technician selects from the configured rate sheets in ServiceTitan Mobile, with the primary program displaying first.
Commercial Service and Replacement
A commercial HVAC company with separate Wells Fargo merchant IDs for rooftop unit (RTU) replacements and preventive maintenance (PM) contracts can assign both to a single business unit and create custom rules to direct each job type to the right program.
A multi-trade commercial service company can name each merchant ID group to match its program structure, giving technicians clear tabs when presenting financing options.
When a commercial customer finances a large cooling system replacement, the technician selects the appropriate rate sheet tab in ServiceTitan Mobile without leaving the app.
Residential Construction
A residential construction company with separate Synchrony programs for new construction and renovation work can configure both under one business unit, with custom rules directing projects to the right merchant ID group.
A contractor operating across multiple regions with different Wells Fargo programs can name each merchant ID for clarity and use custom rules to assign business units accordingly.
The administrator manages all financing configurations in one place under Settings > Integrations > Financing > Providers > Accounts, rather than across multiple business units.
Commercial Construction
A commercial general contractor with distinct Wells Fargo programs for owner-funded and subcontractor-funded projects can maintain both under one business unit and configure rules to apply the right rate sheet per job type.
A construction company adding a new Synchrony program can add the merchant ID to an existing business unit's configuration rather than creating a new business unit to house it.
Custom rules ensure that estimators presenting financing during the proposal phase see only the rate sheet relevant to the project scope.
How to prepare
This improvement will be automatically available for all Fintech customers upon release — no configuration request is needed to access it. Administrators can begin setup by going to Settings > Integrations > Financing > Providers > Accounts.
Identify which financing programs (merchant IDs) your business uses with Wells Fargo or Synchrony and confirm with your lender that each merchant ID is active.
Decide which business units should use the default rate sheet configuration and which need custom rules directing them to a specific merchant ID group.
Name each merchant ID clearly in Settings (for example, by trade line, franchise location, or program type) so technicians can identify the correct tab when presenting financing in the field.
