Track more of what you do in TitanAdvisor with new feature checkpoints

This improvement to TitanAdvisor adds checkpoints for more than 20 existing ServiceTitan features, giving you credit for the work you are already doing and helping you see more of the value you are driving through the platform.

What's changing?

TitanAdvisor now tracks more than 20 additional features from across ServiceTitan, so the checkpoints you see reflect a broader picture of how your team is working. Features that were already live in ServiceTitan but not previously tracked in TitanAdvisor now appear as checkpoints, so your Titan Score reflects work your team may already be doing. New checkpoints span several areas of ServiceTitan, including project documents such as change orders, requests for information (RFIs), submittals, and daily logs; purchasing and payables tools; service agreement setup; reporting and Titan Intelligence features; and Field Mobile App workflows such as photos, findings, and work summaries.

Note: These new features may arrive in your TitanAdvisor accounts shortly after the ST-77.1 release is live.

How to prepare?

  1. Open TitanAdvisor and review your Titan Score to see any new checkpoints that now appear for features you already use.

  2. Identify features in the new checkpoint list that your team has not yet adopted, and plan training so your team can take advantage of those tools.

  3. Check the What's new section to learn about the latest feature recommendations.
