What's changing?
The Knowledge Base at help.servicetitan.com has moved to a new platform with this release. The site has a redesigned layout organized around what you are trying to accomplish, not just feature names. Search now supports exact phrases when you use quotation marks. You can also follow any article and receive an email notification when it is published with changes. All existing content has been migrated, the URL stays the same, and your saved links redirect to the new article locations.

No account configuration is required. The redesigned Knowledge Base goes live automatically with this release.

Identify articles your team references frequently and follow them in the Knowledge Base to receive email notifications when they are published with changes.
