Track Marketing Pro Campaigns in Scheduling Pro to see web booking results

Prev Next

This is an improvement to Scheduling Pro that lets you see which Marketing Pro campaigns drive web sessions and jobs right in your Scheduling Pro export and Sessions Details report. In this version, we show all Marketing Pro sessions excluding Google Click ID. Google ID is targeted for a future release.

What's changing?

Before, you could see Scheduling Pro sessions and job results, but you could not see which Marketing Pro campaign each web session came from. You had to jump between Scheduling Pro, Marketing Pro, and other reports to guess which ads were working. Now, the Marketing Pro campaign name shows in your Scheduling Pro export from the performance flyout and in the Sessions Details report, so you can group, sort, and filter by campaign without extra work.

Resources

Before and After

Before (Current)

  1. Go to your Scheduling Pro performance view and export session data for a date range.

  2. Run your Sessions Details report in ServiceTitan reporting to see web sessions and job outcomes.

  3. Open Marketing Pro to review campaign names and spend.

  4. Manually match sessions and jobs back to campaigns in a spreadsheet or other tool.

Impact: You spend more time piecing together web booking results, and it is hard to see which campaigns bring the most booked jobs and revenue.

Try the current workflow in your account.

After

  1. Go to your Scheduling Pro performance view and export session data for a date range.

  2. See a Marketing Pro campaign name field in the export for each session.

  3. Run the Sessions Details report and group or filter by Marketing Pro campaign name column.

  4. Share these exports and reports with your marketing team or agency to adjust spend and offers.

Impact: You quickly see which Marketing Pro campaigns drive web sessions and booked jobs, so you can shift budget to what works and cut what does not.
