Track financing performance across companies with the Financing Dashboard in Enterprise Hub

The Financing Dashboard in Enterprise Hub is a new feature that brings financing performance for every company in your network into one view, so you no longer have to open each account separately or wait on hand built reports.

What's new

Before this release, the Financing Dashboard existed only inside an individual account. If you run several companies, the only way to see financing performance across all of them was to open each account in turn and stitch the numbers together, or ask for reports to be built for you by hand. Now, Enterprise Hub has a dedicated Financing module in the left navigation. Select the companies you want to see, set a date range, and the same financing metrics roll up across all of them in a single view. You can narrow the results by business unit, job type, financing provider, and job amount, and export any table for use in your own reporting.

Workflow comparison — before & after

← Before
✓ After
1.Sign in to the first company account and go to Accounting, then Financing, then Dashboard.
1.In Enterprise Hub, select the Financing Dashboard tile.
2.Set your date range and filters, then read the financing metrics for that company.
2.Set the date range. The dashboard opens on the last 30 days.
3.Repeat for every other company in your network.
3.Select the companies you want to include. They are grouped by network.
4.Copy the numbers into a spreadsheet by hand, or request a comma-separated values (CSV) report from ServiceTitan.
4.Narrow the results further by business unit, job type, financing provider, or job amount.
5.Reconcile business unit names between companies before you can compare them.
5.Select the export control on any table to download it as an Excel, comma-separated values (CSV), or portable document format (PDF) file.
⚠ Financing performance for the group takes hours to assemble, arrives out of date, and business unit names that differ between brands create mismatches against your accounting software.
✓ Financing performance for the whole group appears in one view in seconds, business units and job types stay grouped under the company that owns them, and the data leaves ServiceTitan in a format your analytics tools can read.

How it works for your industry

Residential Service and Replacement
  • A group that runs five heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) brands compares percent of revenue from financing across all five for the last 30 days, without opening five separate accounts.
  • An accountant filters by financing provider to see which lender returns the highest estimated application approval rate across the group, then shifts volume toward the stronger performer.
  • A controller exports the company performance table to Excel and reconciles financing revenue against the accounting software, using consistent filters instead of brand specific business unit names.
Residential Construction
  • A multi market builder compares average financed ticket by company to see which markets support larger projects, and sets financing targets accordingly.
  • An administrator filters by job type, grouped under the company that owns it, to isolate replacement projects from new construction across the whole network.
  • A regional leader reviews conversion rate by company to find where financing is offered least often, then directs coaching to those teams.

How to prepare

01
Confirm your access. The Financing Dashboard in Enterprise Hub is in Private Preview and is available by waitlist or request only. Have an administrator reach out to Support or your Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join the waitlist and to have the Financing module turned on for your Enterprise Hub network.
02
Confirm your packaging. Your Enterprise Hub network must be on the Enterprise Plus package. Each company you want to see in the dashboard must also have at least one ServiceTitan financing integration turned on, or it returns no financing data.
03
Grant the permission. Access to the dashboard is controlled by a permission in Enterprise Hub. Have your Enterprise Hub administrator go to User Management, then Roles, select the role, and turn on View and Edit Financing Dashboard under Financing Dashboard.
04
Align on your reporting rhythm. Decide which companies belong in your standard view and which date range your leadership team reviews, then save those filters so the dashboard opens the same way for everyone.
