What's changing?
We updated the new Dispatch Board to help you complete work faster and with fewer errors. Changes include:
Technician Assigned Alert: Get notified by email or SMS each time a technician is assigned or reassigned to a job. Configure filters by Business Unit, Job Type, Technician Teams, and Tags to control which events trigger the alert. Select individual recipients and optionally include Job Related Technicians. The alert fires one time per assignment change event.
Expanded Auto-Adjust Appointment Logic: Appointment blocks on the Dispatch Board now shift to the actual dispatch timestamp when a technician is dispatched and expand automatically when a job runs past the scheduled end time.
