This is an improvement to the existing contract workflow that replaces Proposal Builder. This feature is currently in Limited Release, and not yet available to all. If you're interested in joining the Limited Release, please fill out this form.

What's changing?
Contract Builder replaces Proposal Builder with a new two-step contract flow, allowing you to select multiple contract templates, combine estimates and assign multiple recipients with different signature methods. You'll also have more control over the initial contract value when multiple estimate options are included in your leave-behind. Signature status tracking and countersignature prompts are built in. From the office, contracts now offer an improved visual experience, and on mobile, users can select colors for estimate materials within a contract. Customers can also select these material colors in the customer portal when they choose an estimate and sign their contract.
Resources
Before and After
Before (Current) Mobile
Go to a job on mobile and select Create Proposal.
Follow 4 step proposal flow:
Fill out Proposal's general information and select document design.
Build out your estimate from a spec based estimate template.
Create Proposal selecting details such as color, style and payment terms for the proposal.
Finally, review your proposal, select the recipient and sales representative, choose how the proposal will be signed: in person or via email and send it.
When finished, track status of the proposal on mobile, completed job history or follow up tab.
Impact: Limited flexibility with no support for multiple templates, multiple recipients, or in-app signature status tracking. Limited visibility into Contracts on the office side.

Step 2: Select your recipients, signature methods and email details.
