Display Membership Tags on Redesigned Dispatch Board to spot member jobs faster

Prev Next

This improvement lets you see membership tags right on the new daily Dispatch Board so you can prioritize member jobs without extra clicks.

Dashboard view showing dispatch details for Aaron Schuman and project information.

What's changing?

Before, the redesigned Dispatch Board did not show membership tags on job bubbles, so you had to open jobs or look at other screens to confirm membership status. Now membership tags appear directly on job bubbles on the redesigned Dispatch Board, matching other places in ServiceTitan, so you can see member jobs at a glance and keep your current workflow.

Resources

Before and After

Before (Current)

  1. Open the Dispatch Board in ServiceTitan.

  2. Scan the board and guess which jobs might be tied to a membership from notes or history.

  3. Click into each job or account record to confirm if it is tied to a membership.

  4. Go back to the board and decide which jobs to schedule or move first based on what you found.

Impact: Harder to see member jobs, more clicks, and higher chance of missing membership work when the board is busy.

Try the current workflow in your account.

After

  1. Open the redesigned Dispatch Board in ServiceTitan.

  2. Scan job bubbles and look for membership tags next to job details.

  3. Use membership tags to decide which jobs to schedule, move, or protect first.

  4. Open only the jobs where you need more detail or special handling.

Impact: You see member jobs at a glance, reduce clicks, and keep priorities clear so member work stays protected on a busy board.

How it works for your industry

Residential Service and Replacement

  • Use membership tags on the Dispatch Board to spot maintenance plan jobs and keep them ahead of one time work.

  • Hold same day spots for members by using tags to see who should get priority when the board fills up.

  • Help CSRs and Dispatchers stay aligned on which calls must stay same day for members by checking tags on job bubbles.

Commercial Service and Replacement

  • Use membership tags to see which service calls are tied to service agreements for key accounts.

  • Protect agreement work when you reshuffle the day by keeping tagged jobs on the board and moving non tagged jobs first.

  • Triage rush calls from large accounts by checking tags so you know which visits are covered under a service agreement.

Residential Construction

  • Use membership tags to track jobs that include follow up service plans tied to new installs.

  • Help Dispatchers see which jobs connect to long term agreements so they can protect those visits when slots are tight.

  • Prioritize warranty or follow up work tied to a membership style program over one off jobs when you need to make trade offs.

Commercial Construction

  • Flag jobs on the board that belong to ongoing maintenance service agreements for installed equipment using membership tags.

  • Give project and service leaders a quick view of service agreement work scheduled for the day right from the Dispatch Board.

  • Protect recurring service agreement revenue by using tags to decide which jobs can move and which should stay put.

How to Prepare?

  1. If you're not already part of the New Dispatch Board Early Access, go to Settings > Dispatch Board > New & Upcoming Features and enable the Redesigned Dispatch Board toggle.

  2. Review your membership programs so tag names and rules make sense for how your dispatch team prioritizes work.

  3. Train Dispatchers on how membership tags look on the redesigned Dispatch Board and how to read them during call spikes.

  4. Align clear rules for how to handle member jobs on the board, such as which tags always get same day or first slot treatment.

  5. Bookmark your internal demo or training video that shows membership tags on the Dispatch Board for new team members.
