These improvements to the Service Agreements feature lets you add tags while creating draft agreements and include the salesperson's name in your agreement document templates.

What's changing?
We updated Service Agreements (SA) to help you complete work faster and with fewer errors. Changes include:
Add Tags to SA Proposal Builder: You can now assign and manage Tags while creating or editing draft Service Agreements. This improves internal organization, enables filtering, and streamlines workflows before activation.
Add Sold By Name to SA Documents: You can include the salesperson's name in Service Agreement document templates by using the Sold By merge tag. This enhances document clarity, ownership visibility, and customer personalization.
