This improvement allows you to duplicate Supervisor Console workspaces so you reuse layouts across teams instead of rebuilding from scratch.

What's changing?
Previously, each Supervisor Console workspace had to be built from a blank layout, requiring you to reselect the same filters, date ranges, and team views for every business unit. Now, the Supervisor Console landing page includes a Duplicate Workspace action, letting you copy an existing workspace, adjust filters and teams, and publish the new workspace as public or private.
Resources
Before and After
Before (Current)
Go to Supervisor Console in ServiceTitan.
Click Add Workspace and start from a blank layout.
Manually choose filters, columns, and date ranges for that workspace.
Repeat the same setup for each business unit or supervisor group.
Save and share each workspace separately.
Impact: You spend more time rebuilding similar workspaces, and setup mistakes are more likely.
Try the current workflow in your account.
After
Go to Supervisor Console in ServiceTitan.
Select a workspace that already has the layout you want.
Click Duplicate Workspace to create a copy.
Adjust filters, columns, and team assignments as needed.
Publish the new workspace as public for your teams or keep it private for your own use.
Impact: You set up consistent workspaces faster, with fewer steps and fewer chances for errors.
Test the changes in the NEXT environment.

How it works for your industry
Residential Service and Replacement
Duplicate a workspace that tracks same-day jobs, then tweak the copy to focus on emergency calls.
Create one "master" workspace for service work, then copy it and adjust filters for installation crews.
Copy a workspace that highlights membership jobs and apply it across branches that sell maintenance plans.
Commercial Service and Replacement
Duplicate a workspace that tracks contract jobs, then adjust the copy for non-contract work on the same sites.
Create copies of a dispatch-focused workspace for different verticals such as retail centers or office parks.
Use workspace copies to keep the same key metrics across branches while letting each branch fine-tune technician groups.
How to Prepare?

Identify a few strong "master" workspaces that you want to reuse as templates across business units.
