Search across all tenants with Global Search in Enterprise Hub

Prev Next

This new feature adds a unified search bar to Enterprise Hub, letting you find jobs, customers, invoices, and more across all your tenants without switching tabs.

What’s changing with Global Search in Enterprise Hub?

Before, search only worked inside one tenant at a time. To view data from another tenant, you had to exit and re-enter from the My Tenant screen or open multiple tabs. Now, you can search across all tenants at once using a single search bar in Enterprise Hub. Results show the tenant, type of entity, and key details. You can click a result to open the right tenant in a new tab.

Before and After

Before (Current)

  1. Log in to Enterprise Hub.

  2. Click My Tenant and sign in to a single tenant.

  3. Use Search only within that tenant.

  4. Repeat for each tenant by switching tabs or logging out and back in.

  5. No way to search across tenants at once.

Impact: You lose time switching tenants to find what you need.

After

  1. Log in to Enterprise Hub.

  2. Use the Global Search bar at the top.

  3. Type a customer name, job number, or other keyword.

  4. See matching results from all tenants you have access to.

  5. Click a result to open the related record in the correct tenant in a new tab.

Impact: You find what you need faster and reduce context switching.
